MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - June 26, 2017) - Genius Properties Ltd. (CSE:GNI) (CSE:GNI.CN)(CNSX:GNI) ("Genius" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that shareholders have approved the resolutions put foward at the Corporation's annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on Thursday, June 22, 2017, in Montréal, Québec.
Results of the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
At the Meeting, a majority of the shareholders of the Corproation voted in favour of the resolutions set out in the management proxy circular, being (i) the election of Guy Goulet, Hubert Vallée and John Booth, as directors of the Corporation, and (ii) the re-appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP, as auditors of the Corporation.
